Tommy is a Glasgow-born photographer who was raised in South Nitshill but managed to escape. When it comes to subject matter, he freely admits that he has the attention span of a goldfish.
“We all perceive the world in which we live in different ways, through his photography he reflects the world as he sees it. he is inspired by the ordinary and the extraordinary, the magnificent and the mundane. “When you have a camera in your hand, your environment becomes an infinite source of opportunities and possibilities for capturing something special, that is why I love photography”
Tommy’s aim is to produce an eclectic mix of unique and quirky images which reflects his personality, perceptions and interests. He love experimenting with High Dynamic Range (HDR) and Tone-mapping with my images, but sometimes leaves them to their natural existence.
He would encourage anyone with a camera to take the pictures which cry out to you to be captured and process them the way you want them to be viewed. Then they are truly your images, your reflections of the world, your art!”
